The NOC is fully equipped with sophisticated network management, monitoring

All problems will be recorded and immediately solved by the center’s engineers.
The corporate customer will be assigned a ticket number in order to follow-up
on his request, in case it could not be resolved immediately.
The NOC engineers are properly trained to proactively monitor and troubleshoot
