TerraNet's FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)?
  1. Can I change my username?
    The username you chose cannot be changed at all. However, as an owner of the TerraNet Starter Kit, you are eligible for two more additional email accounts which you can use instead of your username to send and receive email.
  2. How do I register my additional email accounts?
    You can register them at any time you wish by going to our web page: http://www.terra.net.lb  and then clicking on Account. Log in and then choose Register Email from the menu on the left. Follow the instructions to register you new email account.
  3. How do I know how many hours/days I have left in my account?
    Head over to our homepage http://www.terra.net.lb  and then click on Account. Log in and you should see all the relevant information displayed.
  4. How can I edit my personal information that appear when I log in to Account?
    The information that appears in your account can only be changed by the Customer Care Department.
  5. How can I change my password?
    If you know your current password, all you have to do is go to our home page and click on Account. Log in and choose Password Change.
  6. How do I refill my account?
    Once your account expires, you need to refill it by purchasing one of the three refills available at TerraNet. You purchase one of these refills, connect to TerraNet as usual and then go to http://signup.terra.net.lb  and follow the instructions.
  7. Can I use a refill to open a new account?
    Yes, you can use any of the three available refills to activate a new account with a single e-mail address.
  8. Do you have any kind of billing cycle?
    No, your account is activated the day you open or refill it.
  9. What happens if I do not refill my account on time?
    You will not be able to access the internet or your email. However, you can still refill it within 3 months time and not loose your account.
  10. Where can I buy a refill coupon?
    TerraNet resellers are all over Lebanon and you can see a list of available resellers by going to http://signup.terra.net.lb  and clicking on the link to view the list of resellers. You can view this page even if your account has expired.
  11. Are there any other payment methods?
    You can have an automatic bank withdrawal agreement with us. For more information call us on 1293.
