Center (NOC) in February 2001.
The purpose of the TerraNet NOC is to monitor, diagnose, and solve any kind
of irregularity in the TerraNet network or services. It also operates as a
Corporate Customer Care available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
The NOC is fully equipped with sophisticated network management, monitoring,
and analysis tools and its engineers are trained and qualified to proactively
monitor and troubleshoot any sort of network-related problems.
