U.S.Robotics, TerraNet and Logicom partner to lower subscription barriers in
an effort to drive the growth of the Lebanese Internet

U.S. Robotics, a world leader in Internet access solutions, in cooperation with

communications and the first ISP to provide 56K dial-up services, has unveiled
a new marketing campaign designed to increase the number of Internet
subscribers in Lebanon. The three companies are bundling 30 hours of free
Internet with U.S.Robotics’ external and internal 56k modems for new
subscribers. The bundle will be available through more than twenty
U.S.Robotics resellers and PC assemblers throughout the country.

estimated population of 3.5 million, Lebanon has proved to be one the region’s

provider of Internet access solutions to that market, with an estimated 35%
market share in the home and SMB segments.
